Returns and exchange is entertained only in case of damage and please capture parcel opening video (clearly showing the damage)

In case of valid claim of damage, we will ship the replacement product. However, if the same product is not available, the customer can order another product. Refunds would not be given in any instance.
Also, this being online sales, there may be slight variations in the colour/finish/fabric depending on the screen resolution of your devices and also the camera lights. No returns/exchange/cancellation/refund will be entertained in such cases
If the package returns back to us stating that the customer was unavailable. At the same time, if they came for delivery or they couldn't reach out to the customer's phone number then the package will return back to us and the customer will have to pay reshipping charges. Then once the package returns back to us we will Reship it (no refund will be provided).
The whole Delivery Process may take 5 to 7 working days at some instances, If there is any delay on the courier side, it will not count in the delivery timeline
